"Refund took way too long"
I had to return something and the whole thing just wasn’t that easy. The refund took ages to come through, and dealing with all this back and forth was frustrating.

"Delivery Took forever"
I ordered this last week and it still hasn’t shown up. The tracking has barely moved at all, which is frustrating. Not Great when you’re paying for delivery and actually need the item soon.

"Save your time and skip this one"
I wouldn’t bother with this makeup. It felt really cheap going on and just didn’t sit well on my skin at all. For the price, I expected way better. Save your time and money and look for something else.

"Pretty disappointing support"
I tried getting help with my order, and at first I thought maybe they were just busy, but the replies were so slow and didn’t really answer my questions. It just felt like they didn’t care much. I was going to give them another chance, but no, I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again.

"Didn’t work well with my mature skin"
I really wanted to like this, especially because I’d been looking for something new to use before a family lunch last weekend, but it just didn’t sit right on my skin. I’m in my 60s, and it seemed to grab onto every dry patch and made my lines look more obvious instead of softening them. The finish also looked kind of flat on me, which wasn’t what I was hoping for. Maybe it works better for someone with different skin, but for my mature skin it was a bit disappointing.

"The tutorials didn’t feel very helpful"
I really wanted to like the makeup tutorials, but they didn’t do much for me. The advice felt basic, and some of it was confusing to follow. I tried one look step by step and it still came out patchy on my skin. if people are coming for guidance, it feels only fair that the instructions should be clearer and more practical

The website was annoying, honestly. Pages took a while to load, and the checkout process felt confusing, or maybe not confusing exactly, just not very clear or easy to follow.

"Too Pricey for What You Get"
I really wanted to like this, but the value just isn’t there for me. The products are Fine, not terrible or anything, but for the price I was expecting a lot better. It kind of feels like paying extra for basic makeup. I’ve used cheaper stuff that worked the same, if not Better. I don’t think I’ll be buying it again

"Shade match was way off"
I ordered a foundation using their shade advice, and it ended up being way too dark and orange on me. It looked nothing like the photos online. I had to mix it with another product just to make it wearable once, which was annoying. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t really clear who was supposed to take ownership of the bad shade match, the website, customer service, or whatever tool they use. Overall, really disappointing. Their shade matching definitely needs work.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The box showed up a bit squashed, which made the whole thing feel less special. I mean, you kind of expect the packaging to hold up during shipping, so that was a little disappointing.
